  • Absentee/Cellular bidding is on a first come, first served basis and must be completed by 4:30 pm the Tuesday before auction. A registration form must be completed along with a bank letter of guarantee provided.
  • We strongly encourage you to come view the equipment in person prior to auction.

  • Our office will send you an invoice along with further payment/pick up instructions on sale day via email once the sale is closed and all information verified.
  • The buyer's premium for Absentee/Cellular bidders is 5% for US Auctioneers. The fee will be shown on your invoice.
  • The buyer's premium for Online bidders is a total of 7% which includes the 5% buyer's premium for US Auctioneers along with 2% internet fee. The combined fees will be shown on your invoice.
  • Payment is accepted by wire, ACH, Cashier's Check, or cash.
  • Cash payments over $10,000 must provide a valid Photo ID and Social Security Number OR a valid Passport & date of birth to complete an IRS Form 8300.
  • Personal checks and company checks are accepted; however, we may require a bank letter of guarantee.
  • If you do not receive an email, please check your "junk" or "spam" mail. All payments should be received by 5:00pm on the Monday following the auction.

  • On auction day our staff will contact you right before the auctioneer is about to sell the equipment you are interested in. You will communicate with our staff to have them bid as you wish just as if you were at the auction.

Yes, in order to bid online you need to register with Proxibid, our online bidding provider. Simply go to their website, proxibid.com and follow the instructions. In order to be approved to bid at our auctions, you will need to provide a credit card for verification purposes only.
  • US Auctioneers does not accept credit cards and neither does Proxibid. The credit card is used for verification purposes only.

No, all equipment is sold "absolute" regardless of price. In addition, you never have to worry about an owner or their associates bidding on the price on their equipment because we DO NOT ALLOW this. If we find out someone is bidding on their own equipment or having someone else bid on the equipment for them, their equipment will not be sold and they will be banned from auctions.
If you pay cash or equivalent for your purchases, or if you have a letter of credit stating the bank will honor or guarantee your check, the title(s) will be sent to you via priority mail the next day. Otherwise the title(s) will be mailed out as soon as your check clears.
All title fees and sales tax (for non-exempt buyers) will be paid when you register your equipment in your home state

US Auctioneers does not provide a warranty or guarantee on the equipment being sold at auction. Everything is sold " AS IS WHERE IS." You are strongly encouraged to inspect the equipment before auction day. If you are unable to do so, please contact our professional team for assistance.

Remember, once you win a bid on equipment and the Auctioneer says "Sold," you own it; you are responsible for payment.

  • Auction site will be closed the day of auction. Announcements will be made the day of the auction regarding the length of time you have to get the equipment off the lot.
  • All payments should be received by 5:00 pm on the Monday following the auction. Once your payment has been received, you may arrange to pick-up your equipment. If you will be bringing payment with you to pick-up your equipment, please notify our office. Beginning the day after auction, equipment can be picked up between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm CT and again from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm CT Monday through Friday. Our office is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00pm.
  • US Auctioneers allows two weeks to pick-up equipment free of charge. Any equipment remaining on our lot after the allotted time will be charged for secure storage on a per piece per day basis for no more the 45 days. This fee must be paid before equipment can be removed. The fee structure is included in our email copy of your invoice.

We are not able to transport equipment. However, we do recommend American Driveaway. You can reach them at (217) 783-2247. Please know that they do need at least a ten business days lead time in order to schedule their drivers.
