We’re currently seeking a full-time Ag and Truck Sales Representative that will fit in with our hard-working, family-oriented company.

Here's What We're Looking For:
  • Sales rep to travel within a designated territory – Northern Iowa/Southern Minnesota
  • Knowledge of Ag, Truck Tractors, and/or Trailers*
  • Class A CDL*
  • Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedule to secure equipment for auctions via in-person calls to:
    • Maintain working relationships with existing clients–ensuring exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
    • Recognize appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying cold sales calls
  • Ability to organize and communicate with customers to prepare a "Call List" for out-of-office visits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and company team members

*Preferred, but not required

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years in outside sales, preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Personal integrity
  • Dependability
  • Ability to travel at least 75% of the time to meet customers
  • Work Monday through Friday and some weekends
